No purchase necessary. It is free to submit designs. One entry per person. If you are under the age of 18, your design must be submitted by an adult on your behalf.

• Designs are due on May 4th, 2024 at Midnight CSDT.

• Designs must be submitted via design submission form.

• Entries submitted after midnight on May 4th, 2024 will not be accepted.

• Designs must be topical – about the 4th of July.

• Designs must be original content. They should not violate any copyright, trademark or any rights of any third-party. (including the city of Richfield.)

• By entering, you are allowing Richfield 4th of July to use, at no cost, your design for any, and all, printing and promotional purposes. You will maintain copyright of your designs.

• .png file format

• no larger than 12” by 16” portrait

• 300 dpi

• Up to 5MB file size

• sRGB colors

• After designs are submitted, Richfield 4th of July committee members will choose the top 5 designs and notify submitters. These designs will be posted to Facebook and Instagram on May 10th, 2024, where community members will vote on their favorite via Facebook Poll.

• Applicants are allowed to promote their design however they choose so long as they do not disparage other entrants, or their designs, or otherwise break rules or guidelines of this contest.

• Persons may only vote once. Persons found voting multiple times (with different Facebook accounts) will forfeit all votes. If contest entrants are involved, their designs will be disqualified.

• Voting for the T-Shirt contest Final Round will close at Midnight CST on June 3rd, 2024.

• The winning T-Shirt will be announced on June 4th, by noon. The T-Shirt will be available for purchase on www.richfield4th.com/shop within one (1) hour of the announcement.

• Winning T-Shirt design will be available for purchase through July 5th, 2024. All proceeds from purchases will go towards the 4th of July fund of Richfield 4th of July.

• Winning designer will be shipped one (1) t-shirt of their choice within 10 days of winning.
